Hey guys, have you ever heard about the release of the newest version of minitool partition wizard? i searched the internet and find the official facebook page about this new version. "MiniTool Solution Ltd. will release the brand new version Partition Wizard 7.5 this week and many new functions are added in Partition Wizard 7.5 and the top 3 are: It can support 3TB hard drive or 4096-bytes-sector-based hard drive. It can Align all partitions or the assigned partition to optimize hard drive performance. And faster operating speed and higher security are guaranteed." The new version can support 4K Advanced Format, is this true? But I don't know the official release date. http://www.facebook....rtitionWizard75

I think the Easeus Partition Tool already has those features. That's what I've been using for a while with no problems. (I think compnovo also uses it.)

I do use the EASEUS software and I really like it, very user friendly, but I've never looked to see if you can align partitions with it. That would come in handy with SSDs that are cloned from an HDD (alignment isn't an issue on a clean install).
Desktop: Core i5 3570K w/Corsair H80 cooler - 250GB Samsung 840 SSD (boot) - 1TB Seagate Hybrid HDD (storage) - Galaxy GTX660 GC - 8GB G.Skill 1333 RAM - Antec 620W PSU - Antec Sonata III 500 case - Win8 Pro 64-bit w/WMC
Media Center: Core i3 3220 - 128GB Plextor SSD (boot) - 1TB Samsung HDD (storage) - Radeon 4350 - 8GB G.Skill 1333 RAM - Biostar ECO HD61V kit - Win7 HP 64-bit
Surface RT - Lumia 900

That involves the size of the drive's sectors. See this: http://en.m.wikipedi...Advanced_Format
