I wish I could customize some of the colors it uses. There's not enough difference between the selected email and an unread email so it's hard for me to tell, at a glance, which message is selected. Backgrounds are fine but I don't generally see my background since I have emails...

Finally, these Gmail themes are making my day - bored with the "old" but I love the new ones, especially when paired with Firefox Personas. I haven't tried a custom upload yet, but many of the featured ones are very nice.
