Okay, what does 'close proximity' and 'near me' mean, exactly? 1000 feet apart in a field is nothing, but 1000 feet apart downtown, you might as well not even say you're near me

I hate social networking. As a business owner I constantly have to warn employee's to shut the phone off while tending to customers. In fact, I wish they would leave their phones at home, or in the car, or up their...... Hospitals are trying to block phones from the outside due to legal liability. One insurance carrier told a group of doctors to make sure they do not receive messages while they are performing a procedure. Reason? If something were to happen to the patient at that time, the doctor could get sued for damages even though he/she did not LOOK at the phone when the message came in. Lawyers have found a way to get hold of the phone records, legally, and they are admissible in court. With kids dying everyday while texting, or face booking we are heading into a societal mess. I hate it.

I find it a bit creepy also. I don't like people to know where I am. There are some things I do like to keep private.
