Worst, because Google didn't win? Remember, at the beginning of the article, he states Bing is updating his map with 129TB of new or current images. I try it with my own home and notice Google was an old image while Bings got a more current one.

Worst because either Bing or Google does a great job delivering the photos. It's like having a "VS." article about the color of the metal in ultrabook designs and trying to imply that it may actually be germane to performance.

Google offers a much better, but highly outdated street view in most all areas - especially North america. Whereas Bing "technically" offers it, but misses out on a majority of american cities; even capitols. By the way, the street view function is typically about a five year old view in almost all areas - presently.
The street view (for North america) for both Google and Bing should be updated this year - to the cost of some 400++ tera

Hue, and Levels to make them stand out more. This is one the most poorly written with little understanding of imagery. Also seemed somewhat one sided.

Andrew Hansford is Spot-On with his evaluation.
You can't compare near noon pics, with obviously late afternoon pics with L-O-N-G shadows.
Also you can't fault Bing or Google, for clouds (DUH!!!) It's a secret, so don't tell, But Neither Mickeysoft nor Google can actually control the weather. Shhhhhhh!!!!!

Apparently the editors will publish any piece of crap as long as it is labeled content.

Rand McNally can get you from place to place as can Mapquest. Many people use satellite imaging to see cemeteries and other physical features and clarity is paramount. So this is not a "stupid article", it is perhaps more intricate than your needs require,
