within which there must be about 10 people, the room should be covered with ledwall and ledfloor and kinect that will detect the presence of people who will be divided into about 3 or 4 groups .. How many square meters of LED Video Screens and ledfloor should I use and how many kinect?
where can I find the sheets of material?
what is the software could I use for?

My post was tongue-in-cheek, and not a serious response. I'm not an engineer and can't help you with this project. Your request surprised me and I jokingly asked how much money you were willing to spend. I apologize for misleading you.

I'm definitely not an expert at this, but I have an idea - get some LED strips, a relay triggered by 5V, and an Arduino. Then, use the Arduino to make the lights flash in a sequence, or trigger them with a DC motion sensor.
