some of you people need to go back to an etch-a-sketch. comparing the sheer number of ios apps vs droid apps is just plain silly. it's not the NUMBER of apps; it's the QUALITY of the apps. fresh out.

There is an android kindle app so I assume it would be very similar

What are you talking about? The Nexus 7 (as I own one and am rooting now) gives an ultra-fast experience and the user interface is great. Beautiful, unlike android 4.0, which i assume you guys all have experienced, or lower yet. Trust me, those were crummy and ugly, but this is beautiful. Buy one now!
There are books, and apps, and everything! The new revamped google play books store includes MANY books at a low price ( a lot are even FREE ) and even if the apps don"t say "Tablet Optimized," Google throws in goodies that enhance the quality and user interface of the apps to make them great.
So enough with the complaints. If there are any, then I will have to come on this site again and rebuke them. Oh yeah, and btw this is a KID speaking to you.
