Wouldn't the upgrade to Windows 8 be $15 (Systems bought after June 01/12)

Convertible laptops with touch screens 13 or more inches wont sell well...in my opinion.

Q3? How does that differ much from Halloween for general availability? Why not just wait for the version loaded (and tested) with Win8?

There are many creative disciplines that love penabled touch screens (don't dare try to take our Toshiba Tecra M7 tablet laptops from us until someone offers a screen nearly as big (the Toshibas are 14.1") - so there are a good number of us who are excited about the upcoming 'useful' tablets.
