This has GOT to be one of the most stupid ideas I've ever seen. What do you do, drag it around the house, spend a half hour programming it to pick up a piece of paper, then break it to pieces when someone bumps into it or spills a drink on the CARDBOARD. Idiotic. Truly idiotic. You can buy a pick up tool at a Health Supply store that does the same thing this stupid thing would do for $20.00. Unbelievable.

Don't hold back kb2504! Tell us how you really feel... lol
I thought it was kind of silly too, but I think it's more for a learning experience than something to do actual work with, obviously. Now if it were made of metal or fiberglass or such, had powered wheels, and a remote control, then it would really be interesting, albeit too expensive for the average Joe....

As the guy above said, this seems more like a teaching tool than a way for you to pick up a beer when you're too tired to get up. I think it has some really cool possibilities for getting kids/teens into programming. Instead of abstract information or phony data, you are letting kids program ROBOT. I mean come on, how cool is that?
