After I upgraded my handy dandy Samsung Galaxy S II to ICS, Kies starts up on boot on my pc every time. I went into msconfig/start folder and unchecked everything that had the word Kies in it. It's still starting at boot. And if I do bring it up, it says there's an update available. I updated, and it comes around and does the same thing - over and over. What's the deal with this?
Some features of ICS are not as intuitive and it was before. Any way to tweak the interface?

You could just uninstall Kids from the PC. Fyi, in ICS, you can disable unwanted apps from the manufacturer.
What do you want to tweak in the interface? (Note: I'm using stock 4.1 JB here, previously ICS, so I don't know how Touchwiz affects some of those things.)
