This is too funny!
The courts sentenced Apple do do something Samsung would have sued them for under any other circumstances.
Tim Cook must be pinching himself trying to figure out if this is reality or only a wild dream he's having.
I just can't believe that Applecan must advertise, with impunity, that:

The courts are TELLING Apple to post on their site and to pay for advertising to let people know that the UK justice system found the Galaxy Tab to be "uncool".

Samsung was found to not have infringed on the grounds that Samsung devices are not as easy to use OR as cool. Samsung won, and was PWNED at the same time. This is no different than the suckers in Battlefield 3 "win" a match, then Ace-Squad (top team) goes to the loosing squad. Sure they won, but at the same time, they lost severely.

Your point is taken. I still think that having to state this on Apple's own site for 6 months is humiliating. See this as a sever slap in Apple's face. Especially because this is coming from a judge. The over 1,000,000 a day of Android activations means kids already "know" Android is cool. Nothing a judge says will sway that. Nothing.

Ok, I am not sure how this is a slap in the face of Apple. Played correctly, that judge handed them an entire marketing campaign. Apple should be thanking that judge. At the same time, I almost expect Samsung to try to fight that judgment.
