Toshiba Mk2023gas Hp Part # J6054b

I have Toshiba HD part # MK2023GAS which also has a HP part # J6054B the drives work fine individually but when I try to connect them as master and slave none of the drives are detected. Any Suggestions?

Also have another senerio where I have MK4032GAX AS MASTER AND MK4032GAX/383582-001(With HP Part #) As SLAVE Results are MK4032GAX DETECTS AS MASTER BUT NO SLAVE is detected.

When I connect MK4032GAX/383582-001(with HP Part #) AS MASTER AND MK4032GAX AS SLAVE NO DRIVES ARE DETECTED. Any Suggestions?
