That's the 15/3 plan then, right? I have the same one, and have you beat there. (ever so very slightly... Posted Image)

Actually, this was their 29.99 special for 20MB/S Online for 6 months, then goes to 44.99 for last 6 months.Dont worry,I'll keep retesting till I beat you  And,the problem was that I had everything connected, but it wouldnt work, like I couldn't go to any sites.I had a Indian lady on the phone, that I could barely understand, and seemed like she had no knowledge of how it actually worked, and I couldn't get a word in.They were trying to make me pay $79.99 For a ONE Time fix! Anyway, a man got on the phone and he helped me work it out.2 hours wasted.I want them back :P

20mbps? Did they send you a special deal then?
Attached File  Comcast.PNG (52.31K)
Number of downloads: 5 (via their website)

Also, once powerboost wears off (they accelerate the first part of your download), what are the speeds? (download something big first, and then immediately stop it and run a speedtest. I just downloaded libreoffice and the speed gradually dropped off until I got past 120MB or so)

Anyway, don't you just hate it when tech support is outsourced to India? :D

It's funny how my ping times seem to be half yours though, every time...

(ok, I'll admit, you beat my download speeds a tiny bit compared to that) :D

@waldojim What speeds are you paying for?
Btw, I should mention that I ran those tests on the desktop over Gigabit Ethernet. Win7boy, what are you using?

I Am using ethernet directly through their modem/wifi thing they sent me.It eliminates the use for me to have my router o.e BUUT,I Am Getting RIDICULOUS Ping on games like quake 3,cod,etc.it should be in 30-40s and its hitting 300 then it goes down, and keeps going that.I will try my router on it and see if it improves.Im guessing it wont.
