Laptop To Printer Via Wifi How to connect laptop to printer via WIFI

Have HP laptop G6 and HP printer c310a. Both items have WIFI capabilities. Need instructions on how to connect or communicate the printer to the laptop without using the USB cable connection. Is this possible? If so, what is procedure?
