There are a few great smartphone apps that help with creating new habits.

or...OR...you could actually just learn how to write again, create a schedule and follow it.

People now adays need all these wasted "apps" to show what they need to do. if its a habit, it is something you already repeat on a daily basis so you won't need a reminder.

if this is a habit creator, the only thing you need is to learn how to create all your own "healthy habits" instead of advertising ways to create them.
