When I open IE it start with a message of malfunction that keep repeating. I have IE9 installed. I tried unistalling it but doesnt show in control panel

Could we have a bit more info about which OS you are using (Vista or 7).

Could we also have the exact error message

Have you tried to right click on the Internet Explorer icon in your start menu and choose to run as administrator?
You shouldn't have to but, give it a try.

Could you also try the Internet Explorer 64bit (if on Windows 7) and right click to run as administrator.

Is your OS up to date with the latest Windows Updates?

Are all of your pluggins and addons up to date? (Adobe Reader , Flash Player ...)

Have you cleaned out the Temps files on your PC lately? We like to recommend CCleaner.

If Flashorn's recommendations don't help and you still want to uninstall IE9 you'll need to click "View Installed Updates" in the left panel of the uninstall program applet, and do a search through the updates for "Windows Internet Explorer 9".
