Thanks so much for including Sprout Social on the list, Angela! Happy to hear you enjoyed the interface and analytics (we're huge into data too!).
Also wanted to note that we do offer a $9 plan (up to 10 profiles) and added a $99 Premium plan (up to 100 profiles) as well. Thanks again!

Great list Angela. I would like to add Engage121 to the list, we are social CRM with enterprise, corporate and agency versions. We just designed a new version for smaller, local businesses. We are offering a free 90 day trail for agents and brokers currently. If you know anyone who is interested please have them email realestate@engage121.com. Thank you -Jenny

Hey Angela,
Great list here. I'd also like to recommend Buffer. It's a phenomenal way to schedule tweets, FB posts and the like at the most optimal time according to your own network.
What's your favorite way to manage your online conversations?
Thanks!
-Drew

Thanks for this report, the trending new tool Social Dynamite should probably be included within some weeks when it is open...
Kind regards,

Hi Angela,
This is a good list for SMBs looking to bring some process to their social media strategies. I would also recommend you to look at Simplify360 which has just entered the US market and will soon be making its presence in the market. Its already being used by few agencies to cater to their growing list of clients, and they have been successful at it.
Regards,
Deep

Not that I can see from looking at the website's pricing page...
