Control Or Reduce Restarts In Windows7?

Often restarts when i decide to uninstall the bloated apps. What will i do for reducing the restarts?

You need to UN-check the check box over there showing the text restart computer after UNinstall.

Most software requires a restart when you uninstall it for it to be completely removed.
