I just bought a new computer in June, and haven't been doing coupons for sometime now, but when I go to print them only the text shows up and the graphics are so light or faded or are only half there. I can't use coupons like this and I have no idea what the problem is. I just put in a brand new Canon cartridge that I purchased today, and even that is not helping. I have a Canon MP210 and it is a few years old but I have never had any trouble whatsoever till this happened. I am printing in black only, as I had done in the past, and never had trouble before.

If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,
Jovin

Are the nozzles clogged? Try using a cotton swab to clean them.

Do other "non-coupon" items (i.e. say a webpage or word processing document, etc) print fine?

Sorry...have been ill.

I am having nothing but trouble with printing. I wonder if it's because I have Windows 7 and can't stand it, and this new computer is so different for me. I've never had trouble printing from my old computer with XP. I have been trying to see if anything else printing was a problem, and yes, but it's me I think. I have tried to change the settings, and sometimes the page is blank. I am printing in greyscale, with no colour cartridge, and I have it set up as I think it should be to print my coupons, but the small graphics of the items are still not printing. I don't know anything about the nozzle that was mentioned, but I will get out my printer book later and see if I can figure this out. It's infuriating, because I spent the money on a new cartridge, and still cannot print these coupons.

Thank you for your replies, and I am sorry that I was not able to respond to thank you both before this.

okay, I'm wasting all my ink cartridge now. I googled for answers and I went into my manual on the computer and I tried to follow the cleaning instructions there for the nozzles...It keeps saying that after the clean that my nozzles are not clogged. I did the deep clean after the first one, because it still won't print the graphics on the coupon (little pics of cereal box, for instance)...still the same. I am so discouraged.
