To merge several PST files right into a single PST file manually with Outlook, first open the PST files inside MS Outlook. All versions of Outlook permit you to open more PST files. In Outlook 2007, go to File, Open, and Outlook Data File. Then proceed to the PST file you need to open inside the file system, choose it, and then click OK. Continue doing this for several files. To gain access to the PST you simply installed in Outlook, it could be beneficial to change the selection pane to Mail or perhaps Folder View. The Folder List button is found in the bottom left of the main Outlook user interface. Outlook accounts are listed in alphabetical order by name within the navigation pane. After that you can move Outlook content between PST files by both dragging and dropping them or by highlighting the content, right-clicking it, and selecting Move To from the context menu. Then proceed to the destination folder, and click OK. The content will be rewritten to the destination folder and removed from the source PST. Try it before using any third party application. It works great but sometimes due to large PST files it can be useless (I have also tried it).
But still you can try it.

Hi,

You can combined unlimited PST files into one PST file with the help of a third party data recovery software there are so many software just put a PST Merge Keyword in Google and you can find a large list of software choose any of them in my knowledge Kernel for PST Compress and Compact can do your desire work you can try this.

Hey kristongarry, I didn't understand you as you didn't understand me. I asked for combining my unlimited PST files and you suggested me an application to reduce the size of PST files. What's wrong with you? I don't wanna reduce the size, what I actually want is to combine my PST files into one. Any help?

You were right. While performing this action my MS Outlook program started hanging. It didn't work. Anything more you know about this?

Why don't you try PST Merge application! It really works well. There are so many. Just try any one of them and you'll be solved.
Hope you'll be done.
Great time!

Well then you have last option. You need to go for a third party application. I know about an effective one that can help you. Try SysInfoTools PST Merge. I have used it as the above manual solution (described by me) didn't work for me as well (my .pst files were large). You can try it. It's good.

This whole exchange looks fake, just cheap advertising. The software is pure crap. A friend let me use his and it screwed up merging the files. I had no problem opening them in outlook and then dragging and dropping the files. It may be a little slow but the result is exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't waste my money on something until I tried a full version, good rule of thumb, saved my $69.
