This is getting ridiculous... Apple is just trying to monopolize everything for THEM. Soon, there WON'T be any other devices WITHOUT that once bitten apple slapped on it. Samsung will bounce back though. They can't just take this sitting down. They're better than that.

We use both Android and iOS devices in this family. While my wife and daughter feel more comfortable with their iPhone 4S--see:http://www.epinions.com/review/apple-iphone-4s-mobile-phone-112624733/content_573294939780 --I'm more impressed with my Android based phone.

Isn't it about time that choice was left to the consumer and not the court? It's we consumers that are being stifled by all this.

The bully of the technology world is back in action and this time their goal is to eliminate the competition. There was a time in this country when healthy competition was the hallmark of the manufacturing sector with its goal of offering the consumer the best quality product and service for a fair price and the company that achieved this objective enjoyed the success and wealth which came with this balanced practice. Time to short APPL. The PR backlash from this will be great. This is like IBM suing Dell for making PC's. in the end the consumer loses. I'm not impressed with my iphone 4s. My 3g does the same thing.
