I've an HP deskjet ink advantage all in one series k209a printer, the computer is showing the message that the cradle is not moving and its a paper jam there or something else is obstructing but I checked there is no paper or anything visible stopping the movement of cartridges,
I opened the front door and saw the cartridges are getting stuck and moving in the same spots themselves, nothing visible is stopping them, its like the cartridges make back and forth motion around the path and hit the sides again and again making collision sounds...Is it the printer processor's fault or the conveyor assembly is faulty?
