I don't see any error. I'm not sure why it's making me sign in though - I'll have to look at that.

It's just the link in the forums that's broken - you can sign in from the homepage.

They should hire some serious staff to repair it then...just kidding :)

They will get around to it. They are likely busy dealing with higher priority 'bugs" (i.e. problems with the new website design). The reality is the the forums are likely a lower priority right now, which is understandable.

The thing I found is that it makes you sign in when you actually try to download a file. I have no idea why. (it worked when I signed in from a different account though)

This afternoon I visited the forums and showed I wasn't signed in.
My normal stuff wasn't displayed.
Clicked desktops to visit my thread and next thing you know it shows me signed in as ElfBane.

Took a snippit then retreated.

Strange bug.

I'm signed in as Rommel now.

@Rommel

ElfBane Has Not Posted In This Thread, So It Is Highly Unlikely That He Has This Thread On 'Watch'.

You Could Send Him A Personal Message.

PS.

Be Aware That He Hates When People Post On Old Threads.

I just had a thought - you guys might want to take a look at the design on theverge.com's site. That looks pretty neat, IMO - clean, and practical.

OK, this is really getting annoying - even though login has been online for a week now, and there still isn't much traffic. I hope you guys aren't trying to kill the forum like pcmag did, hiding the forum link... (which is why I left theirs)

@LiveBrianD

At Least, In The Most Recent News, The Links On The Forums To Jump To The Corresponding Article Are Working - No GOOGLE Intermediate Search Page Anymore.

Unfortunately There Is No Counterpart ( No Article Link To Jump To The Corresponding Forum ).

Cheers.

Guys, congrats on your latest attempt to kill the forums. The login link on the homepage is now broken as well.

Edit: Never mind, it seems to be back now...

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to chime in and let you know we are aware of/working on some of these issues, the forums login in particular. It may be a little while tho, this was just an oversite. I can not speak to why the link to forums was moved, I don't like it either, I do not know why it was done. Hopefully that will get changed.

The bugs in the new web site are being worked out. But it takes a long time.
