With Brand New 'CHROME 22' The Inbuilt Spellchecker Is No Longer Working.
Am I Missing Something ?

It appears to be working for me.
What exactly isn't working. Are you not getting the squiggly red underline?

With Your Feedback I Checked All The Recent Installed Extensions.
It Was A New One That Was In Conflict With CHROME.
That New Extension Is History, Now.

'Privacy Manager' Version 1.6.
It Takes Away Some Settings Control From CHROME.
I Tried It Again And It Is A Setting Called 'Spelling Service' That Can Disable The Inbuilt CHROME Spellchecker When It Is 'ON'.
