Are MHL ports in Smart TV's any good? Does anybody have a personal experience of first hand HD mobile gaming?

Hi, ashishgohil.

AFAIK, there are no televisions with MHL ports. You need to buy an MHL-HDMI adapter.

From what I've read, once you have the adapter, it's smooth going.

I didn't have the opportunity to use MHL yet, but since the results are the same it shouldn't be worse than HDMI. And adapters are needed when connecting your display unit to your mobile/smartphone. And this short list gives you some examples of MHL tvs.

They are pretty effective to say the least. It's just that I would only recommend you to use it with the lightweight mobile games. HD games can also be fun if the Smart TV's graphics support it.
