Is This Samsung S3 ? pls help me id this smartphone. i sound dump.. but still need ur help

what phone is this ?
and where do i get the original cd of it ?

i bought it from ebay without box and cd.
and i can't seem to able to connect to my home wifi .. it just keep wanting connect to my mobile wifi which i don't have.

Yep, that's an S3. Try going to Settings, Backup and Reset, Factory Reset.

Shoot, I totally missed that part. The battery looks just like the one on my Samsung gnexus though.

Looks like a fake man. I own a white S3 myself. The first thing that stood out to me was the back and menu touch buttons on the front of the phone. You cannot see those buttons unless the backlight turns on.
