Hi yfz450guy. Try http://www.bullguard.com/forum/10. You will need to register and once you do, there is a section that has detailed instructions to follow before posting an issue. They have never failed me yet.Good Luck

{size:18px}:D Hi all : Rather than start at an Online Forum, such as "Bullguard" ( I feel there are better ones, such as "Spyware Beware", staffed by experienced, trained, certified by the Alliance of Security Analysis Professionals, volunteers ) , it would be wise to try the Good & FREE "RogueRemover", available at www.malwarebytes.org/rogueremover.php . I assume you will be able to "unzip" the program to be able to use it !?

Do tell us how things go throughout the next couple days on your saga to win the battle. I'm interested in hearing how everything goes ^_^

if your spylocked like i wasi got rid of it.buy spyhunter at enigma software groupbe sure to buy the ability to get updates.cost is only $35.00 for both.follow there instructions.it will rid you of spylocked 4.0 and all malware/if after you get rid of the malware, you receive an email that says respond to something that you have requested, that you have not requested, report it to the fbi.

{size:18px}:D Hi all : Should AVOID "SpyHunter" ; see my Post at http://forums.pcworl...spyhunter#37212 . Right below my Post is one by "TeMerc", one of those malware-fighting volunteer Experts I refer to on occasion .

Hi dklashley. There are so many other FREE applications that can remove a spylocked "infection." SpiritWind presented some options in his earlier post. With as many companies providing virus protection and spyware removal software, there should be no reason to spend any money on something that can be done for free.

I do use my computer as income. I own my own business and I always make sure that I stay, or at least try to stay, one step ahead in security protection. One does not have to pay for quality, especially when it comes to security.I thoroughly research any security application that I find and I always look for critiques and reviews from sites like these. Believe me, when it comes to security, you do not have to pay.

Well this certainly looks like another 'tag-team' spamvertising thread doesn't it?Anyone who has Spylocked, SpyLocker or Spylock or any other variant of SmithFraudZlob only need one of two tools:RogueRemover as mentioned previous (and linked to)or SmithFraud Fix by Siri. If I was allowed to post a link I would but just Google 'SmithFraud + Siri' and it should be the first hit.Spending a dime to remove any of the above related infections is a waste of money. Matter of fact spending money to remove most any infection is a waste, if you have some basic PC skills and some time. And it's espcailly annoying when affiliates try to drum up business in that manner.
