I'd bet that if they were owed a large sum of money for services or product they'd get back to you in a hurry!

'Cease and desist' might have gag-like clauses in it, not allowing anyone to speak. But after a week, there should be something official. They should have appointed some spokesperson, usually an attorney. I don't know the details of the case, so can't speculate more than this.
