I have two hard drives in my computer. One contains Windows 7 Pro and the other a fresh install of Windows 8 Pro. I am able to use the BIOS to select which hard drive and therefor which OS I want to boot. However, since both OS's are NTFS they can see each other's root directories and subs. I want to hide each from the other once I have booted up. Is there a way to do so or a 3rd party program that will allow for such? Thanks.

I have not tested this myself, but you might see if this works:
