Mario Games For Kindle And Android

I own a crappy android (but a droid nonetheless) as well as a kindle. I noticed when searching for games to download on either one no mario games are available. most likely a copyright problem?

what on the kindle fire hd would most compare to mario games...

Nintendo is selling its 3DS and Wii U hard, how would it share the gems with Android?

Don't be too disappointed though, there are simulator apps for Android, and you can play old games from NES, SNES, N64 and stuff .... (Not available for Kindle though)
