I purchased a program called WMA Convert for $14.90. It converts my iTunes music to WAV or MP3. It works great.

Use Nero audio file converter. Else, there many other music file converters in the market like Easy CD-DA Extractor and ImToo Mpeg Encoder.

WMA convert is my favorite and does the job well. Just don't expect to get support from the company, as they're located in Russia... If I would have known this before I got the program I would have gone with something else.
