Yes, it is worth and also depends on your business. If you are not available(full time) in office then you can monitor your employees "what they are doing" with the help of this software. I would suggest you to try free trial version of software, The company "Recoveryfix for employee monitoring software" offering a free trial version of software with full features.

Hi,

No they aren't. You need to be aware that if you use such apps you should follow them and be online all the time to catch your employees red handed. As it's barely practicable you'd better take care the computers used by your stuff are erm, properly prepared for work. (like blocks, filters, uninstall windows games, and use keyloggers if this work requires secrecy) It's cheaper and safer in the long run. And I understand it's more than just catching a guy absorbed in the solitaire.
