Windows 7ult.64bit bsod

Hi to all i have got 2 bsod screens this month so far how can i pin point the cause ?

M/b: Biostar TH67+ (1155)... Processor: Intel G530 2.4 ghz... Video card: BFG GTS 250 oc... Ram: Patriot 8gb 1600mhz..
. 1.0 tb wd hdd sataII ...Atx case Corsair cx430 psu... Os: windows7 ult. 64 bit... Optical drive: SonyBwu 500s bd burner.. Optical drive: Hp dvd rw

What were the error codes? (Don't include the "Windows has shutdown to prevent damage" part.)

Didnt copy the codes down is there a way to find them or wait till next bsod

I dont see the option to turn it to 2t in bios i have a biostar th67+
