Outlook Express Printing Printing only title head of email

Having problems printing the whole email from my wife's desktop. Running Win XP, Outlook express,HP 3210 printer and when she wanted print out the email, just the heading printed, but not the body of the email. I forwarded it to Gmail account and it printed the whole email. I did find some emails that would print entirely.
Any help would be appreciated .

REinstalled IE8, problem solved
