On my wife's Desktop PC, Windows XP, I downloaded Firefox and it overlaid Internet Explorer and messed up Outlook Express. When I click on the IE Icon, it brings up Firefox. If I uninstall Firefox, will I have IE back, or will I have to download that again?

Yes...if you uninstall Firefox, IE should come back normally. Not sure about Outlook, but probably that as well.
