Hello guys!

I have this problem of mine, for about a month ago.

The LCD of my laptop just got white-screen after sometime of running it.

After booting, for about 15 mins of up-time, the display had been unresponsive,
and few moments, small white dots came out of the display that slowly went on to fill the entire LCD.

Can anyone help me here...

Hi and welcome to the forums. You may also want to go to the " Unofficial emachine forms " and read through there and see if your problem is listed. They are pretty much dead, but they are kept up because of the archives.

There are a few things you can try, if you have moderate skills. This would involve reseating the memory. The advancing dots shows some sort of video memory corruption. Most laptops use integrated memory for the video. Does the unit sound like it's trying to boot??
