It is impossible to delete synced data from Chrome. Every time you sign in to Chrome, it automatically resyncs all you stuff even things you remove and by default, the syncing is reset to sync all even if you turn it off. It does not even allow you turn the syncing off all together, you have to sync something and all is selected by default. The REAL Phishers, Google.
