Hi
i have a Sony/ericsson w580i walkman model cell phone and when i downloaded and transferred music from my pc i used a program from Sony that was called disc2phone and never had any problem.Now a number of years and computers later i want to add more music to it and this program is no longer available from Sony and theysaid to use a program called mediago,which i downloaded from their site and i plugged my phone VIA usb into my computer and it does not recognize any connected device.i also tried my itunes and no luck there either,
I go into MY DEVICES and the w580i shows there.
I am hoping someone may have run into this problem and can help me correct it,so i can add more music to my cell phone with the built in mp3 player.Its a oldie,but i do not want to part with it because it has many nice features that i use.
