Not sure why iTunes 11 removed the "Show duplicates" option, a bit lame. I used Tune Sweeper in its absence, worked great for me.

iTunes 11.0.1 brought "Show duplicates" back:

- Press CTRL+B to show the menu bar
- Click View > Show Duplicate Items (or hold Shift and click View > Show Exact Duplicate Items)
