Trouble is Windows RT can't do business apps since it doesn't run Windows apps - only Metro ones. You can place it in front of a fountain and breakdance in front of it though.
WinRT comes with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and One Note preinstalled. I think many would consider those business apps. However, if you prefer to breakdance that's your business.
Sure, there's that and IE. And that's IT - no legacy business apps. I don't think the RT surface was really meant for business anyway...
And I'm willing to bet those are the only business apps most folks will need.
