Hdmi Over Cat5

So I have a hdmi over cat5e extender and it works great, but what I was wondering is if there is a way to send the signal to two devices, a monitor and a tv at the same time. The extender uses one cat5e cable and then a receiver device is connected to the tv. Now I could just move the receiver whenever I want to connect it somewhere else, and also connect the different cat5e cable that is needed, but that could get very tiring if I have to constantly do that.

How would I go about doing that? In the room with the extender device, their are 2 cat5e cables already set up, one goes to the room with the monitor, and the other cable goes to the room with the TV
is it possible to use this?

Think about it this way:
Where is the signal(s) converted to HDMI?
From that point you will need to split the HDMI into two cables to go to your TV and monitor.
If the signal is converted at the back of the TV/monitor, then all you should need is media converters. If the signal is converted to HDMI before going to the display devices, then you should just need two male/female HDMI cables.
