Plug-and-play Wifi Camera looking for the easiest to set wifi camera without router

Hi All,
I'm looking for a plug and play WIFI webcam.

I made a permanent public art installation that requires some remote video monitoring, the location has an open wifi but no Ethernet outlets to connect a router. I'm looking for a camera ready to start sending images, or to be controlled, via a webpage, as soon as you connect it to power. May be capable to look for open networks by itself.

Is fine for me to do as much presetting work as needed here, but minimum work should be required on the site as i won't be able to set it up myself in location.

ANY IDEAS?
