I would like to be able to create my image similar to the one that I attach, but I don't know how.

I need to know how to convert one image for instance, the Eiffel tower and delete the background, give to the tower a unique color (for instance black) and eliminate everything from the image so I can use it as in the image attached.

I have not choose what image editor to use yet, so if you could recommend any that is good for doing what I need, easy to use and free would be perfect.

Thank you so much for your help

You can use Adobe Photoshop for this and I think it may work fine for you...
I have created many logos from photoshop and that worked fine for me.

Also GIMP (layers!), Corel Photopaint (a little more work) Paint Shop Pro Photo... Guess it's Potoshop Elements you mean, Naman, as the full version is too expensive.
