Hello,I have a problem in shutting down my PC.I'm using OS Windows 8.Without any error messages or something similar there comes two problems from time to time. When I shutdown my PC ,it shuts down like every time but after 3-4 seconds the PC starts again without pressing any buttons and in the second try it shuts down normally.Or sometimes when I shut it down the monitor stops working but the PC doesn't want to shut down and I have to cut down the electricity and then it stops. Also sometimes the PC just shut down normally and in summary this three cases alternate.Soon I refreshed my Windows and then run many scans with the antivirus program without warnings or viruses and also there aren't any programs who keep working when shutting down. But the problem keeps going. Can somebody help with some issues ?

I had a similar issue before, and disabling wake-on-LAN in the bios fixed it.
