Hey Guys! I'm new to PC World forums and completely new to photo editing. Right now, I'm designing a shirt that I want to send to get printed but I need to turn an image in to a vector. I have no idea on how to do this and was wondering if anybody on this forum would consider doing this for me. It would be greatly appreciated as I am good with tech, just don't know anything about photo editing. Thank you for your help!

hi, vector formats are graphic formats that are specifically designed to avoid to lose too much quality when scaled up or down. very widespread in printing industry.
if you have photoshop and as far as i remember, there should be a format called EPS that is a vectorial format.
you can convert your original image into EPS using photoshop but you'd better start from an high resolution image
