When Does It Pay To Outsource Your Small-business Tasks?

This article is 100% correct. I own an Outsourcing company and we break down each item in to smaller tasks. We only develop iPhone App's with our company. All our staff is in the Philippines and it took a year to get them to stop saying Yes Sir. Once we got past that part it was easy.
I stayed with them for 6 months in the Philippines and got to know how they live and what they do. It helped me understand what I was working with.
We create a lot of Apps but mainly White-Label. I found its way better having my team do things in an office then Odesk or Elance.
We have not lost a client yet and the best part is now they know they have the freedom to tell the client what can and cant be done things go so much smoother. I think the hardest part was getting the people to comunicate back to the client what is great and what is flawed with there application idea.
Example Chris Ducker in the Philippines finds you the VA and its really good love it and I have used them. a company Outsource Your App, Inc. only works on iPhone apps and Partners with another company that only does the Android part. It makes it better so as technology grows the Outsourcers outsource some tasks they cant do to others that can do the stuff.
That was one of my biggest problems is geting past the Yes Yes Yes part and really getting the Job done
