I don't have a horse in this race, despite the fact that I do not like Apple at all, as I would prefer to see the courts left out of this as much as possible. That said, it would be nice to see the court system put finding the truth above all else. Oh well, one thing I am used to is disappointment in our ruling officials.

In British colonies , judges were hand in glove with colonists who dined & wined with them at night. And during the day time they used to hang the natives for small crimes on trees for every one to see & desist.
For the colonists , if they committed any crime against natives , it was either ignored or a small payment was enough. 30$ if a colonist killed a native.
