We prioritized simplicity of use when it comes to setting up a conference call, since most contacts only have one phone number, but good feedback on the need for more granularity.

Thanks for the news on UberConference Rick. Just to clarify how the notifications work...1) if you have phone numbers in your contacts it will only call them and there will not be any SMS or email, 2) if they answer they will press 1 to join the conference...if we don't get them to join via phone, then they will be sent the invite via email and SMS. As for dialing all of the numbers you have for a participant or to force you to choose which numbers to call, we felt it would be easier to dial all and would increase your chances of actually getting the person on the conference call quickly.
