It's not surprising. Most gamers know that Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing is one of the worst video games ever, a racing game that promised cop chases and running illegal cargo in a big rig truck. The game was barely functional, and didn't even including AI, physics modeling, or collision detection. Take a look at its wikipedia page. Notice anyone familiar on the right? Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing, vying for the worst video game ever, was also produced by Sergey Titov.
Sergey Titov, head guy at WarZ, has a long history of marketing barely functional games on the promise of great things to come. Tens of thousands of gamers have fallen for his con and, apparently with WarZ, continue to do so. So none of this is any surprise for us gamers with a little bit of awareness.

Very right you are. It's kind of becoming a comedic soap opera. They say all press is good press, but I think these guys bit off a little more than they can chew this time.

sabersin, funny how you mention that game (one I've never heard of) and the direct leak to Sergey, it clearly was changed recently. Actually, even more so as of December 2012 it was changed. I'm all about checking sources and for whatever reason the only link to that game with Sergey is Wiki or What I know Is that lacks a citation. Kudos if you changed it and got other people to buy into it but if not then I suggest you do more research before you slam the guy.

sabersin, I hate this guy as much as next person but, Big Rigs was made in 2003 when graphics and psychics engines/programs come to mind, but the game is still a piece of [censored] even if it was made back in 2003.

"however, Sergey Titov was incorrectly credited as lead programmer["
