Can't Install Files In Win 8? I tried to install pokki and it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

I downloaded Pokki a classic start program and tried to install it and it starts the installation (ask for permission) and after I click ok, it seems to be not doing anything. Same result with Classic Shell, it just started not installing after I uninstalled classic shell to install a newer version. What can I do to fix this? Has any one ever had this problem?
