I like MSFT store near me. I go in to ask tech problems. I did same when I got Mac 6 months ago. best PR for tech products. BB and others shoul do the same..for free!

So I'm guessing they won't sell their other hardware in these retail stores as well (Xbox)?

And if Microsoft wants to get serious about hardware, they should design their own Windows PC and Windows Phone. A Microsoft-designed phone, tablet, and PC would be a nice trio of Windows products for the company to boast about, in addition to their own Xbox hardware.

What about Europe? We need Microsoft stores. It is difficult to travel to another country (I do not have the time) and buy the Surface RT.
